Peeyush Varshney, LL.B.

CEO, Chairman and President

Principal and Director of Varshney Capital Corp., a venture capital firm focused on the publicly-traded markets. He is also a director of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. (TSX: MPVD). Mountain Province Diamonds is a partner, alongside De Beers, in the world’s largest new diamond mine located in the Northwest Territories, Canada. Mr. Varshney obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1989) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (1993) from the University of British Columbia.

Praveen Varshney, FCPA, FCA

Chief Financial Officer

Principal and Director of Varshney Capital Corp., a venture capital firm focused on the publicly-traded markets. He currently is or has been a director or officer of many public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange or the TSX including Mogo Finance Technology Inc. (TSX: MOGO) and Hempco Food and Fiber Inc. (TSXV: HEMP). Mr. Varshney obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1987) from the University of British Columbia. Following that, he was with KPMG from 1987 to 1991 where he obtained his C.A. designation in 1990 and later received his FCPA (Fellow of the CPAs) in 2015.

Ken MacDonald, P.Geo.

Vice President, Exploration

Registered professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mining sector, including work as a consulting exploration geologist, as a senior project manager for a Canadian engineering company, and as a senior permitting official with the Mines Branch of the B.C. government. He is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101. Mr. MacDonald has managed and participated in a wide range of exploration projects in varied terrain, principally in Western Canada, with international experience in Mexico and South America. He has been responsible for design and implementation of exploration programs from grass-roots to advanced drill definition. He has also managed mine scoping, prefeasibility and feasibility projects, bulk sample projects, environmental assessments and was recently responsible for all mine permitting for the Mt. Milligan open pit copper-gold mine.

John Thomas, Ph.D

Director

Has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry focused on base and precious metals with extensive international experience working in Brazil, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Kazakhstan, Russia, Canada and Zambia. His experience covers a wide range of activities in the mining industry, from process development, the management of feasibility studies, engineering, and the management of construction and operation of mines. Dr. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science (honours), as well as an MSc and Ph.D in chemical engineering.

Marco Strub

Director

Has extensive experience in the private sector and is a Principal of Sircon AG, a consulting and investment research firm in Zurich, Switzerland. He has served on the board of various publicly listed companies and presently acts as an independent director of Triumph Gold Corp. Mr. Strub holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and is well connected in german speaking Europe.

Hu Xinfu, P.Geo.Eng.

Director

Currently vice-president of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co. Ltd. Professional geological engineer with over 25 years of experience in the mining sector. He obtained a bachelor of geology degree from the Central South University of China in 1988. Mr. Xinfu is in charge of acquisition and exploitation of mineral resources both in domestic China and abroad, and is also responsible for production safety and environmental protection for Tongling.
